California

(September 2014, January 2015)

I have visited California, or really L.A, the City of Angels, three times, The first time in 2002 as a business trip. Unfortunately I haven't travelled much around States yet, and Los Angles is not a place I would really like to live.

In 2014 it was mainly a family trip, so the main programme of the whole month was dependent on seeing family members and friends.

Americans love hiking. They don't go for a walk they always go for a hike, and they usually hike in big groups, and also everyone hikes at the same time :D Weekends are obviously the best time for it, so forget about any privacy, especially if you pick a famous route.

California has no history, but natural beauty is really worth a visit. My trip took place in the Summer and it was well worth visiting the National parks, very dry mountains, the beautiful lakes and seeing the rock formations.

And of course, I had a chance to try all American habits - guns, motorbikes (dirtbikes) and trucks. It makes my trips unforgettable, however next time I would like to explore far more of the US and not just L.A.

Following gallery is a selection of land pictures, as we had no time for diving!
